Farmer's Dinner April 17
We welcome Hubbe Lemon from Järinge Farm, north of Stockholm, this evening who will bring the most wonderful spring lamb from his farm. Also welcome to Tomas Pettson from Stenhuse Farm, Gotland who brings asparagus and maybe more. We will serve a four course set menu based on lamb and asparagus.
The menu will be presented here shortly. Price 895 sek. It is possible to make table reservations now. Welcome from 5.30-6 p.m. when we will introduce farmers and menu.
