
Farmer's Dinner April 17
We welcome Hubbe Lemon from Järinge Farm, north of Stockholm, this evening who will bring the most wonderful spring lamb from his farm. Also welcome to Tomas Pettson from Stenhuse Farm, Gotland who brings asparagus and maybe more. Tomas will only come if his asparagus is ready-all depending on weather and temperature... Carl Grebing from Cubegreens will defenitely arrive with his green leaves and herbs grown in the center of Stockholm without any pesticides.
We will serve a four course set menu based on lamb and asparagus.

Pink fried lamb from Järinge farm and lamb farci with green pepper gravy, aromatic herbs, crisp salad and pistou of ramson
Preserved rhubarbs with almond cream, almond cake and yoghurt- and thai basil ice cream
