Christmas menu to go

Buy our Christmas menu to go as a complement to your own favourite Christmas dishes, buy a bag to someone who is not able to cook or go to the food store themselves, eat the food all at once or use parts of it at various meals.

Our Christmas menu to go can be picked up on Tuesday December 22 between noon and 2 p.m.

Herring with sea buckthorn, cinnamon and dill, 100 g

Lemon- and timut pepper herring, 100 g, L, egg

Smoked herring, 80 g

Dill cured herring, 80 g

Potato

Dill flavoured sweet mustard sauce

Rapeseed mayonnaise, egg

Spice- and mustard roasted ham, 150 g, G, egg

Game meatballs, 200 g, G, L, egg, pork

Christmas flavoured small sausages, 200 g, pork

Small Jansson's temptation potato gratin, G, L

Creamy celery salad with walnuts, 100 g, egg, walnuts

Lux mustard

Ripe cheese, L

4 Mint chocolate pralines, L

2 Chocolate cream with apricots, L, egg

Instructions:

Boil the potato to the herring and gratinate Jansson's temptation in 175 degrees warm oven. It is ready when it has a nice colour and is warm. Fry the meatballs and sausages carefully and the rest is ready to be served. (Keep the bag refrigerated until you are going to eat the food).
